Our inspections encompass the evaluation of all major components in a building, establishing the component’s current condition, remaining design life, and any immediate and future repairs that are necessary.
Did you know that if you own a property, such as an apartment complex or condominium complex, by law, you are required to have inspections done by a general contractor or structural engineer according to SB326 and SB721? We conduct thorough inspections focusing on balconies and overhangs, roof systems among other structural aspects.
- Structure - Concrete, steel, wood components.
- Roof Systems - Surface materials conditions, age, and remaining useful life.
All these areas are found in common areas of facilities. Our property condition assessment reports include:
- Full narrative description of current condition and relevant photos.
- Estimated remaining useful life of major components.
